As one of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s proposal desktop publishers, you will help build a compliant and winning proposal from the pre-RFP stage to customer delivery. You will create corporate-branded, RFP-compliant document templates and assemble and prepare production deliverables throughout the proposal development cycle. You will work closely with the proposal manager and coordinator on the proposal production plan and schedule, order supplies, pre-stage essential materials, and assist with delivery planning. On large proposal teams, you will lead and mentor surge and junior desktop publishers to ensure a consistent and compliant appearance across all volumes and documents. Essential tasks include:
Review RFP solicitation document and delivery requirements
Provide desktop publishing support for proposal deliverables
Provide complete Production support (i.e., printing, binding, and packaging of hardcopies and electronic media)
Ensure correct version control, file naming, and accesses
Provide desktop application support (e.g., file conversions, scanning, OCR, graphics importing, and document breakout/assembly)
Support multiple proposals as necessary
Strive to continuously improve the quality of your work as well as our internal processes to contribute to the overall success of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Proposal Center. Stay current with industry best practices and share with your coworkers to help improve everyone's skills
Provide additional classified material support: Assist with document portion marking, properly securing documents, the disposal of secure materials, and assist our Security department with the wrapping and marking of secure deliverables.

Required
A bachelor's degree plus at least eight years of direct experience in a proposal production environment. An additional 5 years of experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
Expert level proficiency with the MS Office suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of U.S. Government proposal documentation, processes, and workflow
Working knowledge on the use of large production printers (Ricoh, Canon, Xerox) and office equipment
Knowledge of business development processes (especially the proposal cycle phase)
TS active clearance
Desired
Experience with content management systems (preferred MS SharePoint)
Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite applications (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office products - Visio, Project, and Excel
TS/SCI eligible
